These include 6 direct-drive presses 400 tons production lines, 4 direct-drive 630 tons production lines, 2 J58K electric screw presses 630 tons production lines, 3 J53-630 tons friction press production lines, 2 J53-1000 tons friction press production lines, 2 J53-1600 tons friction press production lines, and 1 J53-2500 tons friction 2 production lines for J53-1600 tons friction presses and 1 production line for J53-2500 tons friction presses. At the same time, it is equipped with constant temperature medium frequency induction furnace without oxidized skin and heat treatment and tempering furnace and isothermal normalizing furnace, etc. and CNC machining center, CNC engraving and milling machine, double-machine vertical CNC lathe as well as other molds and finishing equipments, with an annual production capacity of more than 35,000 tons.

Our inspection and testing center is equipped with a variety of advanced equipments, including microcomputer screen display hydraulic universal material testing machine, metallographic polishing machine, Brinell hardness machine, Rockwell hardness machine and metallographic microscope, Zeiss CMM, profilometer, magnetic particle flaw detector and so on, which are designed to ensure that the product quality is in line with the requirements of technical standards. At the same time, we have comprehensively enhanced the overall strength of our enterprise by increasing hardware capacity, adopting ERP management system and establishing partnership with management training consulting firms and strengthening training efforts. In the field of hot forgings, we have gained a favorable reputation in the domestic market with our track iron tooth forging process technology as the core.
